Return & Refund Policy

Car ocean offers a 7-day return policy.

Conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging should be included.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for return.

Non-returnable items:

• Used products
• Products damaged by customer misuse
• Customized or special-order items

Refund Process:

• After approval and inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
